At Batch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
